We love our customers. That's why we like to spoil you with free shipping!

No matter the size or cost of the order, it ships free for customers in the United States. This includes Alaska and Hawaii, Puerto Rico, American Samoa, Guam, Northern Mariana Islands, US Minor Outlying Islands, the US Virgin Islands, and to our troops at their APO/FPO/DPO shipping addresses. Our experienced and knowledgeable shipping team chooses the most cost-effective shipping method based on your address and the size of your order, and gets it on its way to you lickety-split!

Current customers are often amazed by how quickly they receive their shipments from us.

Once in a while, however, things might not go as planned. We'll always do our best, but are unable to control acts of nature.

Things to Note:
With the free shipping option, there is no signature requirement for receipt of packages except for orders of $500 or more. If you would like the added security of this measure put in place for your order, you can request it in the Special Order Instructions box during checkout and we'll add a $2 Signature-Required Fee. In delivery areas that feel to be, or have been a higher risk area for lost or stolen packages, all carriers do reserve the right, at their discretion, to require a signature upon delivery.

When placing your order, please be aware that only USPS ships to PPO, APO or DPO addresses. PO Box addresses will be sent via USPS or UPS Sure Post for larger packages.

Expedited Shipping for Domestic Packages

If our fast isn't fast enough for you, take a look at our newly available, expanded flat-rate shipping options. Whether you want your order in a week or a day, these choices can make it happen.

Free Shipping
This free option will guarantee your order gets to you in 2-6 business days. And it's completely free.

Expedited 1+ Business Days
This option will get your order to you in 1-4 business days. That's up to two days sooner than Free Standard shipping for just $4.99.

Second Business Day
If you'd like your order in just two business days, choose this option for $10.99.

Next Business Day
Want your order the next day? Shave off the wait time for $23.99 and get your package to you in one business day. Choose this option Monday through Thursday and receive your package Tuesday through Friday. Sorry, there is no weekend delivery.

FedEx Two Day
For $45.99, FedEx will have your order to you in two business days.

FedEx Priority Overnight
FedEx gets your package to you in one business day - and by 10:30 AM. Choose this option Monday through Thursday and receive your package Tuesday through Friday. Sorry, there is no weekend delivery.

If an item is out of stock and will not ship within three business days, we'll be sure to notify you within two business days of placing your order.

Delivery Time Guidelines

Wondering exactly when your order will be on its way? Here are a few general rules to give you an idea. A "Business Day" is Monday through Friday, with the exception of legal or observed holidays.

  • All orders placed by 4 PM CST will be shipped the same day (as long as we've verified your shipping and billing information).
  • Orders placed after 4 PM CST Friday through Sunday that are being shipped via UPS or FedEx will not ship until the earliest business day, which is typically Monday.
  • On Saturdays, only USPS picks up shipments without an extra fee.
  • Next Day and Second Day shipments are only shipped Monday through Friday.

If an item is out of stock and will not ship within three business days, we'll be sure to notify you within two business days of placing your order.

Delivery Service Alerts

Severe weather, natural disasters, and other uncontrollable events could cause delays for delivery services. When the delay is due to an act of nature, shipping refunds are not issued.

Tracking Your Order

For your peace of mind, we make sure your package is never completely out of reach. Upon shipment of your order, we'll email you tracking information so you can keep an eye on your package as it makes its way to you. If you have an account with us, you can also find tracking information in the Order History section of your account.

Domestic Temperature Sensitive Items

At Natural Healthy Concepts®, we pride ourselves on offering a wide range of products to meet your needs. This includes some temperature-sensitive items such as certain probiotic supplements that are kept refrigerated. When you order one of these items, we offer a variety of options to help keep your purchase cool longer during shipping.

Like any other product, temperature-sensitive items still qualify for free domestic shipping. To avoid the risk of having these sensitive items stuck somewhere over a weekend, they are shipped on Monday and Tuesday. We may also ship it on Wednesday if your shipping address is near Wisconsin and we feel confident that the item will reach you by Saturday.

If it's very important to you that your refrigerated item gets to you nice and cool, or if you would like to be able to have your order shipped later in the week, you may want to consider choosing one of our expedited shipping options, which include a disposable cooler and ice pack.

  • With UPS 2 Business Day Cooler/Ice Pack shipping, your order will be packed in a cooler with an ice pack, and will be shipped between Monday and Wednesday. You'll receive your order, at a temperature of 70 degrees or less, in two business days. This option is $20.99.
  • For UPS Next Business Day Cooler/Ice Pack, the fee is $25.99. Your order will be packed in a cooler with an ice pack, and will ship between Monday and Thursday. It will arrive in just one business day, still nice and cool.

With our other shipping options, you can purchase an ice pack to be shipped with your order. The process is simple. If your cart contains a refrigerated item, at checkout you'll automatically be presented with the option to purchase an ice pack for $2.50 or an ice pack with a foil thermal envelope for $3.99. You can also easily add either of these products to your cart to protect items like nutrition bars, suppositories, makeup and bar soaps during hot weather.

Please note that ice packs will melt during transit - that's just science - and, during times of extreme heat, may only provide a few extra hours of protection. But do remember, most temperature-sensitive items may safely stay unrefrigerated, UNOPENED for up to two weeks without being affected.

Because we simply can't control the weather or the laws of nature, we cannot accept returns or give credit for items that are received warm. If this is a concern, we do recommend one of the cooler options.

International Shipping

We love helping people all over the world make natural choices for their health and well-being. That's why we offer international shipping to countries in every continent! Well, every continent except Antarctica. We don't sell supplements for penguins.

And while we love our customers no matter where they're from, unfortunately, we're unable to provide free shipping on international orders. Thanks for shopping with us anyway!

Costs for international shipping are calculated in U.S. currency and are based on estimated shipment weight and destination. While shipping costs for orders placed on our website are generally quite accurate, there may be times when the original estimate is incorrect. In that case, we will contact you to receive your approval for any additional shipping charges before fulfilling your order.

Please be aware that certain products and brands have international shipping restrictions including the following:

  • International shipping is prohibited for these brands: DaVinci Labs, Designs for Health, Doctor Wilsons, Douglas Labs, Earth Mama Organics, Genestra, Healthforce Nutritionals, Host Defense, Klaire Labs, Kyolic, Metagenics, Pharmax, Premier Research Labs, Prothera, Pure Encapsulations, Renew Life, Seroyal, Standard Process, Unda, and Xymogen.
  • Neuroscience prohibits the sale and shipment of their products to Canada.
  • Pure Synergy prohibits the sale of their products to the United Kingdom, Japan, Malaysia, Singapore, and Taiwan.
  • In Canada, DHEA, pregnenolone, and progesterone products are not allowed through customs. If you order any of these products, we'll be sure to contact you and remove them from your order.
  • We ask that you please be aware of all additional local custom and importation laws: any additional charges for customs clearance must be paid by you. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; please contact your local customs office or tax authority for information specific to your situation.

Importer of Record: When you order from, you are considered the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which you are receiving the goods. Before you place your order, please be sure of your local customs laws concerning the shipment of dietary supplements. We cannot be held responsible or accountable for any taxes, duties, tariffs, quarantine fees, or package warehousing fees assessed by your local customs office.

Customs Returns: If an item is returned to us due to a customs related issue, you may be billed a 20% restocking fee. In addition, your credit card will be charged for any extra shipping costs incurred by to retrieve your package.

Customs Returns/Credits: If your package is returned to us because of customs issues you will be credited as above, for the merchandise if the package is returned to us in saleable condition.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Unfortunate, but true, packages sometimes disappear while in transit.

To help you feel more secure about your order's arrival, we offer a Rapid Replacement Program. For just $2.50, you can add this delivery insurance to your order, and give yourself some peace of mind.

If your package never shows up, or, after a reasonable amount of time, tracking information indicates your package hasn't been delivered, simply fill out an Affidavit of Loss and we'll re-ship your order just as fast as we can - at no additional cost.

Your replacement package will be shipped via USPS Priority Mail, and an adult signature will be required upon receipt. If a second shipment (whether it's the original or the replacement) is delivered, you can either refuse the package or purchase it. The choice is completely up to you.

If you choose not to purchase Rapid Replacement and your package goes missing, we may need you to work closely with us and the carrier that had your package to deliver. They will conduct their own investigation and make a decision regarding replacement based on their findings and procedures.
